Trained in the traditions of Bihar School of Yoga, Iyengar Yog and with specific yogic healing techniques taught by her Gurus, Shivani brings a synthesis of Yog & well-being to suit the individual learner’s requirements and capabilities. Shivani also passionately works on the healing aspects of wholesome food and is also a culinary artist.
